The Fat Caddy Record Store Guarantee is our promise that you can shop with absolute confidence. We want you to be completely satisfied with products you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, you may return any CLOTHING product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or exchange (less shipping charges) There will be a 20% re stocking fee for special order items. Just send us the product back with a copy of the invoice via UPS, or US Mail (insured). If you are exchanging an item please send $5.00 to cover part of the shipping back to you.
All products are 100% Guaranteed against defects! The Fat Caddy Record Store will not be able to issue a refund, credit or exchange if returned items are damaged, worn or used.Products must be in their original condition with tags still attached.
***There will be no refunds for any album or on-line music purchased through the Fat Caddy Record Store. Compacts Discs with operational defects may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

BACK ORDERS
If an item that you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be back ordered. Back ordered items would be shipped as soon as they become available. Items on back order will not be charged to you until they are shipped. Note: You may cancel back order items at any time.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The Fat Caddy Record Store charges a set rate for shipping of each specific item. The Fat Caddy Record Store reserves the right to e-mail customer if shipping charges are higher than the standard shipping charges.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped(Monday-Friday excluding holidays) the same day or within 24 hours via USPS Priority Mail, unless you specify UPS Ground, UPS 3-day select, UPS 2nd day air, or USPS next day. Shipping outside the Continental U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. For U.P.S. delivery a physical address is needed (no P.O. Boxes).
*International orders are accepted. International shipping and handling will be researched and quotes will be e-mailed for approval prior to shipping. taxes, duties, and customs fees are responsibility of the receipient.
Note: We can only ship to the address on your credit card account.
TAXES
For Texas orders only 8.25% sales tax will be added. International order may incurred additional taxes at the arriving country.
